License File download

I am not sure I totally understand your questions, the license file is not subject to donwload and can be provided only the the support team or the Customer Success Manager in regards to your account. 

The file is usually present in  "..\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf"

I've tried files like “activation.xml” and no luck… 

What would be the name of the file?

activation.xml is the right file.

I received mine from the renewals team initially and when migrating to a different server I just make sure I bring a copy of that file with me

I’m confused…. whats the process to request and receive all the required files/links for the on-Prem install for sysaid.   How do I request the on-Prem license?
