I am having issues with my RDS server and whenever I go to uninstall it from the control panel I get a message an error has occured while trying to uninstall remote discovery service, it may have been already uninstalled. I checked and all the files are still there. how can I manually uninstall the program so I can try and reinstall. I have tried to install a newer version of RDS but the service will not start and I cant seem to find the file wrapper.exe

Re-install Sysaid RDS:

Open CMD and run these 2 comands:

sc stop sysaiddiscoveryservice

sc delete sysaiddiscoveryservice

Once done, go to Start > search for Regedit > open it

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node >

Delete the "SysAid Ltd." folder.

Then go to Program Files and rename the "SysAidRemoteDiscovery" to “SysAidRemoteDiscovery.old".

Delete this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{5520501C-6C83-46E1-AF4D-B5CC8C75A7A8}

Restart the computer and re-install the RDS. (You can download the latest version from Settings > Network Discovery > Downloads.)
