Dear Sysmate,

 

What is the best minimum MySQL version for SysAid 22.1.65 On-Premise installation? 

Since the minimum on the web is 5.6 and 5.7, I’m aware on the new version is different than what it is really required. Because my MySQL version is 5.7 and I  have problem with version 22.1.65 while querying assets list, online users, incidents.

Version 5.7 of MySQL is fully supported in On-Prem versions.

  • Can you share more information about what you are trying to achieve that is not working since upgrade? 
  • Are you doing queries directly to database or through UI?

I’m Using MySQL 5.7 and then this happened,

Migrating to MariaDB 10.1 and then everything good, no error at all.

Can you please confirm to technical?

Looks like something in your filtering for the list view is broken. Follow the steps in the post below to acess the edit mode and fix this:
