Could you please provide steps how to renew our current SSL certificate in SysAid Tomcat? Thanks a lot

Hi @dave.fremeth 

I assume you are working with our On-Prem version? What version are you on? 

In general, the Tomcat version is updated as part of the SysAid upgrade when needed. Not sure when it was implemented but if you are on old version, highly recommend you upgrade asap.

Hi, I’ve updated the path with the new cert name restart the sysaid server service and it still shows the old cert.

What else should I do?
