Hi, we upgraded to v20.3.64 b14 over the weekend and now the service desk is brutally slow! We opened up an incident but have not back in a while. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Have you heard back from SysAid about this? I just upgraded yesterday and I am experiencing the same issue.
Yes, we've been going back and forth for a few weeks now. I've been sending logs, recording videos, modifying config files but nothing has worked so far. The other modules are fine, it is just Service Desk. To open a New ticket or change categories it takes about 4 seconds each and really slows us down. I have an upcoming appointment with them to share my screen and they will take a deeper look. I would open an incident with them. Good Luck
