SysAid free server installation failed

Hi, I'm trying to install sysaid free server on Microsoft windows 2016 server and I'm Getting error 440 message: Setup has detected a possible infinite loop in the script with function (some Chinese letters). Make sure you are handeling the error return codes properly. Any Idea?

    Getting the Infinite Loop error as well. Is there nothing to be done for this?
