I bought an on premise license many years ago, and now I have had problems with my server.
I had never done any updates!
Is it possible to recover my purchase data and be able to install it again?

your best bet is going to be to talk to support but you might be able to see your info in this file
C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\activation.xml
