Why sysaid response slow to find information?. message “please wait” next , the information is displayed.
Do I have to do some maintenance in the database? or a special task? Please .

A few things to check:
- What On-Prem version are you on? We recommend upgrading at least twice a year.
- Check how much memory you have allocated for SysAid on your Java? Can be reviewed in the log wrapper file which is located in the sysaideserver/conf folder. Look what is defined as # Maximum Java Heap Size (in MB).
