I'm trying to install Sysaid for windows with Mysql v8
I get sysaid exception while checking configuration: Could not create connection to database server when trying to connect to the database.

have you checked whether the database "Ilient" exists in MySQL?
In most cases this has to be done manually once.

Thanks for the reply, Karlson. In my case, the issue was related to the version of MySQL that I was using. Apparently v8 is not supported. I was able to proceed with MySQL 5.7
