Request Date from Incoming SR Email

Is there any way to have the Request Date automatically populated when a user emails the Help Desk? SR gets created automatically but having trouble having request date populated.

Hi EMartinez You can add it to your sub types from list of available fields to visible fields, the name of field is "Request time" Check out this guide for more details (Search: Add/remove fields in the Bottom Panel) Let us know how it goes! Cheers, Maayan
