Has anyone been successful with doing Computer Telephony Integration with SysAid using telephone number?



My development has not been successful with doing CTI with SysAid using the provided CTI. The provided restAPI only works for username but not telephone number.



Did anybody modify the SysAid database directly to do the CTI with SysAid?
