Hello,

We currenly use the latest on prem SysAid server version: v23.3.40 b5. Application server use Tomcat version 9.0.71,but we would like to
upgrade this because of potential vulnerabilities. How can we do this? Is there any documentation which detail this process? Could anybody help me?

Thanks,

Steve

I've reviewed the current options on our side and, at this time, there is no available method to upgrade Tomcat to a newer version directly within SysAid.

We are aware of the vulnerabilities affecting Tomcat version 9.0.71 and have the Bug Article #8800 on our side to address this issue. The article indicates a planned upgrade to at least Tomcat version 9.0.86 to mitigate these vulnerabilities effectively.

If you provide your email address and the account name associated with your environment, I can link a ticket to Bug Article #8800. This will ensure you receive a notification as soon as the update is available.

Please let us know if you would like to proceed, or if further information is needed.
