For example Workflow Designer, which was launched in March 2020. Digitize your workflows! This one’s only available for Full edition license. But even if you have a Basic edition license, there are too many security enhancements in the latest release – that it would be detrimental not to upgrade.,



BTW, if you are on Basic, the Workflow Designer is an amazing reason to move to Full. Speak to your customer success manager right away.

I received the message to update to version 20.2.15 yesterday when I logged into SysAid. However, the link https://www.sysaid.com/product/on-premise/latest-release?utm_source=community&utm_medium=website&utm_campaign=migrate-onprem-latest-release for the download does not work.



Where can I download the 20.2.15 version? Also the page states that only those clients on version 19 can upgrade to version 20.2.15. We currently have version 18.1.54 b3. What do we need to do to upgrade to version 20.2.15?

Not sure why the download link was not working. That's strange. But in any case, it seems you did get to the Latest Release page.



Since you are on a very old version, please contact Support via the Customer Support Portal. Open a ticket and they will help you with the upgrade in just one session.

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the https://helpdesk.sysaid.com/servicePortal link does not appear to be working. I have tried using Chrome, Explorer and even on my cellular phone. It states the site can't be reached.



Is there an alternate link?
