It has some great new features, including:
- Group permissions for dashboard views, ensuring the right folks see what they need
- Automation of assigning asset owners, based on the asset’s history
- Setting workflow notifications to create requests, changes, or problems, not just incidents anymore
- Jira integration updates, including the ability to map additional fields between SysAid & Jira
