We’ve added some great new features, including:
- Workflow Designer, which lets you create and modify processes with simple drag-and-drop functionality.
- An updated version of the Tomcat server to enhance security.
- You can quickly create (1-click) any type of ticket (incident, request, change, problem) from the 'New' button on any of the ticket lists.
- Additional language support for searching in the Self-Service Portal.
