You can now enjoy more customization for Reports, Service Desk Settings, and more!
Relational List Field can now be modified by the Report’s Customize Appearance setting
Due Dates are now updated according to "Exclude Dates" rules in several time zones
The 'Add Note' and 'Add Attachment' buttons in the Ticket Update card via the bot will respect the Incident Submission Form Settings configured for the SSP
This is all part of Version 23.1.60, gradual rollout: March 19-26, 2023.
