Admins can rename local groups using a multi-step process involving duplicating and deleting the original group.
Enhancements to the SSP Scoreboard
The ‘Assigned To’, ‘Request User’, and ‘Submit User’ fields can be added to the Scoreboard in the Self-Service Portal. The Export Scoreboard feature in the Self-Service Portal includes all fields displayed in the Scoreboard – not just the default fields.
