Can BI Analytics report on Service Record Actions?

We are interested in using BI Analytics to view data on Service Record Actions.  Is this possible?

BI Analytics is used to analyze/examine Service Records in your environment, not Action Items.
Action Items are steps that are part of a request-type ticket.

The available BI Analytics dashboards include:

-ITSM Performance Dashboard (Default)
-Incidents vs. Requests
-Efficiency Indicator: Handoffs
-SLA Indicator: Resolution Time
-Ticket Sources
-Active Service Records (SRs)
