When I create cluster report, the reports do not show in the same order that they were added.  Example, Added Report 1, report 2, report 3, report 4.   Running the report, they show up, report 1, report 3, report 2, report 4.

Why?  and how can I correct?

Got a note back from support.  Seems clustered reports are done in alphabetical order.  So, while I am trying to cluster a “Activity Yesterday” followed by a “Activity last Week”.    L comes before Y, therefore the Weekly takes precedent.  Guess I’ll come up with some ingenious name that gets reports in the order I want.

Hi @slattman ,

So cool, I learned something new about SysAid too, thanks!  Clustered reports.

I tested this out with a few different clusters and couldn’t replicate your scenario, the clusters maintain order.

Can you share a screenshot of what you choose in the properties? Is one of these reports particularly heavy or different in some way?

Let me know,

Thanks @slattman for updating!

I invite to suggest it as an idea and then we can see if this is important to more SysMates and prioritize improvements accordingly :)
