## Filtering by Sub-Category in BI Analytics

Currently, BI Analytics in SysAid provides a **Category filter** by default in dashboards like the ITSM Performance Dashboard. However, filtering by **sub-category** is not directly available as a built-in option in the standard BI Analytics setup. Here are some steps and workarounds you can consider:

- Open the **ITSM Performance Dashboard** in BI Analytics.
- Look for the filter bar at the top of the dashboard.
- Click on the **Category filter** to see if sub-categories are nested or available as part of the filter options.
