I would like to be able to create a report that shows how many views each KB article has. Is there an easy way to do this?

no, you cannot create a report!
But in the KB you can filter in the field "All articles by" for "most frequently displayed"!
The item with the highest value is also displayed as the top and the item with the lowest value is displayed as the bottom.
Maybe that will help you.
