I’m working on cleaning up unused sub-categories and I was trying to create a report that would show how many tickets were in each category that would also display sub categories over a 1 year period

 

Any tips?

Hi @jsidoti

Did you try the out of the box report called ”Service Record Per Category” I think it is exactly what you are looking for. 

Other wise you can build a customize report of your liking and even schedule it for every quarter here.
