Hello All...

I try to customize an report a way, that it shows class in the output.

So not all statuses but just Active or Closed. Any idea??

Don't know if you ever got this figured out, but figured I would post for the next person to come along.



In Reports, on the Filter Tab, "Active" is one of the options you can select.



If you want to see open ticket



Status is Active



If you want to only see the closed class tickets use



Status is not Active



May or may not work depending if you have Custom Statuses configured
