Does anyone have a report or information on how to create a report that can display all assets that are 4 years old from purchase date.

You can generate a custom report using the 'Asset' entity type, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
The ABC date is a test date field. You can apply the 'less than' filter and select a date from four years ago.
