Thanks.

Hello, I've found a lot of threads but this one seems relevant. Is anyone by chance populating an action item field (custom or otherwise) with the service record category or subcategory fields? We essentially want to be able to pass the subcategory value through to the action item/s so that it is usable as a filter expression for a notification action item. Ultimately, a notification action item would become active and trigger a notification when the subcategory value = x and the approvals = Y. Currently, this seems like it is unsupported and I haven't found a more creative way to achieve what our company is looking for.
thanks,
Max
