Hi there,

SysAid Copilot is here with our AI Magic!
Here is the response we thought might assist you:

To address the error message you're encountering when attempting to submit an incident, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

**Step 1: Check Server Connectivity**
Ensure that your computer is connected to the network and can reach the SysAid server. Connectivity issues can often cause problems with ticket submissions.

**Step 2: Verify User Permissions**
Check if your user account has the necessary permissions to submit tickets. If you are unsure, please contact your SysAid Administrator to verify this.

**Step 3: Clear Cache and Restart Application**
Try clearing the cache of the SysAid application. After clearing the cache, restart the application and attempt to submit the ticket again.

**Step 4: Check for System Updates**
Ensure that your SysAid application is up to date. An outdated application can sometimes cause issues with functionality.

**Step 5: Submit a Test Ticket**
Try submitting a test ticket with minimal information to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with specific data or fields in the ticket submission form.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to look into the server logs or further technical details. In such a case, please consider reaching out directly to SysAid Technical Support or your IT department for further assistance.
