One of our users is getting “wrong captcha” when trying to login on the mobile app. Everyone else that tries it gets in fine. We tried logging as him on different phones with the same issue.

Any ideas?

Can you give us more information about your user? What’s the difference between him and other users?

Hi SysAider, This user is an admin and has the “Enable access via mobile app” permission like all other admin. I don’t see any differences.

Can you please send us a screenshot showing how the user is trying to access the mobile app? 

Also, if you’d like, you can go to the mobile app through Chrome. In F12 in the browser, enable this icon (as seen in the following screenshot): 

 

 


Found out that the user changed his password and didn’t tell me. I’ve been testing with the old one. All good now. Thanks for your efforts!
