Hello,

is there a way to setup the default email from where the workflow notifications are being sent? Currently they are being sent from the “default email integration email”, but we would like to change it to no-reply@sysaid.com.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

Hi Nejc,

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integration > Email.
  2. Click on 'Advanced Options' to view more settings.
  3. Look for the option 'Send all automatic notifications from the default account'.
  4. If the option is unchecked, SysAid will use the email profile that received the initial email to send notifications.
  5. After making your selection, click 'Save' to apply the changes.

Iulian,

thank you. The option is already unchecked. We are still experiencing that an employee from company A, which has the correct email setup under User and Company, receives a workflow message from the default helpdesk integration email from company B.

The messaging works well for notifications to administrator or end user, but not for workflow action tems notifications.

Any other options?
