Hi

I can’t find in the documentation a list of the different available statutes and their appropriate code.

I need it in order to update a Service Request’s status using the API.

Is there such a list?

@ronent  she was showing you in the classic UI in the spaces UI its Templates & Fields<Fields Value Lists< status< the stuff you’re looking for

Not alot of the techs know their way around the Spaces UI and After starting on spaces and understanding their system i would recommend learning the classic ui because in order for spaces to work properly. you should really update everything inside of the classic ui as some things done in spaces doesn’t carry over to classic. Best of luck using the API I’ll be building out my program to create and modify SR’S through their rest api soon myself. If you’re looking for more info than what that gives you I’d recommend if you havent already diggin through their api documentation its comprehensive but a bit hard to sort, and then after that just making a copy of the translation file and puling your values for the api there.

Hi @ronent,

Thank you for reaching out!

You can find all the status keys by navigating to Settings > Customize > Lists > Status.
