Out license is unlimited,

We want to build a Teams Sysaid chat bot, there is any document step by step to perform that?

SysAid for Teams’ chat bot is something that is only available on Cloud.

If you’d like to hear more about migrating to the Cloud please contact your account manager.

I already add the sysaid application to my teams, so u say the integration between them its just for Cloud?

Hi @Zahi, yes. SysAid for Teams is only available for Full Cloud SysAid users.
