It's official! SysAid's new Workflow Designer has launched and we couldn't be more excited about all the amazing benefits it will bring you.
Workflow Designer is included in the SysAid Full Edition. If you have the SysAid Basic Edition and would like to take advantage of this new feature, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss upgrading - at no additional cost (until end of July 2020).
Workflow Designer will be enabled for cloud customers in the coming 4-5 weeks, stay tuned for more information. We’ll be sure to notify you in advance, so be on the lookout.
For on-premises customers, Workflow Designer will be enabled as part of our July release.
