Hi,When an employee in the organization that uses an Apple computer (MAC OS) opens a ticket from the mail, the ticket opens in an unclear manner rather than a reading, a kind of gibberish.I did not find the codec issue in the settings.

Filed is attached for example.

@roiel131 unfortunately I do not have an estimation.

From what I have seen so far regarding this, it seems that the Outlook app is sending the messages in a different way then the Outlook software for the pc which is why messages that are sent from the PC version are getting into the system correctly and some of these that are being sent from the mobile app doesn’t.

Hopefully our team will be able to address that soon.

Hi @roiel131,

it looks like a bug that we have, previously known as 53567.

It doesn’t have much to do with the system but with the way that the email are being sent depending on the email provider and the language that was used.

Can you give us more details regarding this issue for example which email service was used and what language?

We know for example that his can be happening when using Hotmail or Walla and Hebrew.
