Notifications - Translation for Categories and Sub-categories not based on end-user's language

Hello!

All categories and sub-categories translated to French as well as Lists.

French end-user sees them in French in the Incident form. All good.

End-user receives a notification when submitting a new SR.

Lists are in French. All good.

Category and sub-category in English. Not good.

In “Account Defaults”: Use the default language for automatic notifications is unchecked.

In “Account Defaults”: Use translation file for categories and custom lists is checked.

How do I get the Category and Sub-category tags to show in the end-user’s chosen language in notifications?

Hi @jlabelle

Please go to Settings> Customize > Translation> Download the French translation file. 

Find the categories and sub-categories that appear in English and translate them to French, and then upload the file back to SysAid.
