After vigorous testing, we’re ready to release the SysAid 20.1.11 On-Premise version, which includes enhancements to the Automate Joe service orchestration module and the Jira add-on, group permissions for Dashboard views, an audit log summary for each LDAP refresh, and more helpful features.
