These prebuilt ITSM assistants take action to improve efficiency, such as balancing workloads to prevent bottlenecks, flagging expiring warranties, and detecting recurring issues to address root causes.
Accessible via the Agent Chatbot, the AI Agents shortcuts provide a quick list of pre-configured agents to streamline tasks, freeing your IT team to focus on strategic priorities.
The rollout is immediate for all SysAid Copilot customers.

- SysAid Copilot Now Delivers Answers with Images
SysAid Copilot can now interpret documents with visuals. When end users ask questions, the chatbot responds with relevant images from those documents, providing smarter, more intuitive support. Whether it’s a step-by-step guide, a screenshot, or a diagram, you can now leverage images to deliver richer, more effective support.
4. Agent Chatbot is Now Live in Classic
The Agent Chatbot is now live in Classic with AI Agents. Powered by agentic AI, it delivers ticket insights, suggests solutions, and drafts messages to help you resolve tasks more efficiently.
