Hi @alberns thanks for sharing with us your question! adding here it the answer from the webinar by @Hugo Jimenez :

Moving to the Cloud is a great way to reduce costs and improve user satisfaction at the same time. You'll be able to reduce Hardware, Software and Management Cost, reduce risk and get some of the most innovative features. We have tools (like our TCO calculator), that will help us understand your current cost, and see how much you will save by Moving to the Cloud. Please get in touch with one of our Automation Specialists to talk about your current situation and see how Moving to the Cloud could help you get the most out of your budget.

Another great question that came up from Arthur:
Will there be an option for govcloud, where the hosting servers are guaranteed to be US based?

We currently offer the possibility to host in the US in two different regions (US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon)), however, GovCloud is not currently an option. We are in evaluations based on your feedback, to enable additional regions.

A mention that we would love to address from Glenn:
“AWS/US-headquartered cloud vendors is unfortunately not ok for 99,9% of Swedish public organizations due to Schrems II/FISA 702... “

First, we offer the possibility to choose where the servers are hosted and in Europe they are based in Ireland if that makes it more relevant.

Also worth further review AWS information about GDPR: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/
