BI Analytics is used to analyze/examine Service Records in your environment, not Action Items.
Action Items are steps that are part of a request-type ticket.
The available BI Analytics dashboards include:
-ITSM Performance Dashboard (Default)
-Incidents vs. Requests
-Efficiency Indicator: Handoffs
-SLA Indicator: Resolution Time
-Ticket Sources
-Active Service Records (SRs)
If you’d like to customize a dashboard or create a new one, please reach out to your Account Manager.
