I have already replied to your Helpdesk email on 12 May 2025, but I have not received any response yet. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and reply as soon as possible.

We want to export a report of the survey questions and answers, but I cannot find how to do this in SysAid. Could you please advise how to export a report of the survey questions and answers?

Please be advised that we do have a built in report called Satisfaction Level by Administrator, if you wish to see the comment details as well, please check the option called "Show comment details” and then click on Run.
