I was hired a little over three years ago to turn the Technology Division customer service around. A year after I started we won the Brighter Side award for outstanding service which Technology had never won previously. I am not sure I have a super power but I sure have a wonderful team.

We completed a whirlwind conversion to SysAid about a year ago thanks to the wonderful support we received. Now it is time to circle back and fill in the knowledge holes.
