We need a way for users that primarily work in the admin portal to see workflows assigned to them.  A tab or some type of notification queue would solve this.  Having to look in the end user portal is not a great solution.

I see you have a cloud account, so I am happy to update you this is already possible!

We just released a series of new chart types addressing Action Items activity on your helpdesk and each chart is connected to a list view for easy review. 

Chart No. 1: Action Items Overview

Chart No. 2: Action Items by Category

Chart No. 3: Open Action Items

PS- I am moving this from the ideas sections as already available to cloud and will be available for On-Prem at a later release. 

 


Ok those might work.  We are on version 22.4.10 b39 but only have Action Items Overview.
