New ‘Worksafe App’ now available as a FREE add-on

Hi SysAiders, We launched an exciting new add-on, called Worksafe app, which can make immediate impact for you – whether you guys are still working remotely or already heading back to the office. In a nutshell: Worksafe app gives you a simple way for your employees to check-in and report on their health statuses and location. It reduces the COVID-19 self-reporting burdens and compliance risk you’re probably experiencing now (or will be very soon). Meet JoeBot the chatbot! Currently in beta and learning. Check it out!

Hey guys, As you might have noticed, we are currently going through a beta run of our brand new JoeBot. It can be found in the bottom-right corner of your screen here, and on some other SysAid.com pages. JoeBot is constantly learning, but needs your help to figure out what's important to know! Whenever you have questions or issues, try asking him first and he might be able to help out. Even if he doesn't know the answer yet, he will suggest results from our website, and we will also teach him according to the most popular questions/issues, so he will know much more with time! Supporting you through COVID-19 and beyond

Hi SysAiders, Hope you are all keeping safe and well. Quarantine life is new for all of us, but we will get through this! I wanted to let you know that SysAid employees have been working remotely (safely) and doing all we can to support you during these crazy days. Security enhancements - relevant to Cloud customers only

Hi Cloud customers, Please note that as part of our ongoing commitment to security, we're tightening the secured connection to our services. As of May 10, 2020, we'll be blocking the older non-supported TLS protocol versions 1.0/1.1, and will only allow the more advanced secured versions. So please be aware that if you're using very old browsers, you won't be able to access our services. You'll need to ensure that all machines that are running the SysAid agent use a .NET Framework of 4.6 or higher that supports higher TLS protocols. Workflow Designer has launched!

It's official! SysAid's new Workflow Designer has launched and we couldn't be more excited about all the amazing benefits it will bring you. Workflow Designer is included in the SysAid Full Edition. If you have the SysAid Basic Edition and would like to take advantage of this new feature, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss upgrading - at no additional cost (until end of July 2020). Workflow Designer will be enabled for cloud customers in the coming 4-5 weeks, stay tuned for more information. We’ll be sure to notify you in advance, so be on the lookout.
