Online aid comment integration is broken

Online aid comment integration appears to be broken at the moment.

If you go to https://www.sysaid.com/help-page.htm?helpPageId=4296&helpPageName=IntegrationExchange.htm

and click on "Go to user comments" in the right hand corner - no comments are displayed!
yet if you click on post reply - it will show you all the previous comments (3 pages worth).

Please can this be fixed ASAP.

Thanks for fixing the display issue, but post reply function is broken too.
The last comment on the thread shown is Jun. 04, 2013 05:18 AM

But if you click "post reply" underneath the reply box it only shows the posts going up to Jun. 09, 2010[u] 07:44 AM (which happens to be the end of the first page of 3 pages) instead of starting at June 4th 2013!
