Incoming Email integration not working

Hi

I'm working free edition on cloud and I'm trying to set up our site to automatically create tickets from incoming mail with a Google Apps account, but incoming mail just sits in the gmail inbox (and I did enable IMAP in gmail).

Please help

Hi,

I am having this same issue. I have tried with my domain email and with a gmail to troubleshoot and both have failed to retrieve the emails and create SR... please advise.
