It's summer time, and I'll be off for vacation on August 22nd until September 7th, included. While I'm gone, Ionut from our customer support team will be replacing me here whenever he can.
As a temporary measure, if you have an issue with SysAid that needs our attention, I suggest contacting our customer support team, so as to concentrate everything in one place and not double Ionut's work
