That's a very strange issue. Does your admin account have full SysAid Administrator permissions?

Hi

I want to use the API to create a new incident and couldn’t understand what the field names for the payload are.
Can you please help what should I use if I want to do this?

What should be the keys we use for this payload and what should be the values for category and admin group

Hello, Do the examples here for "Advanced display options for custom fields" still work with current versions of SysAid?

For reference we are on on-premise v21.2

Yes the examples are still relevant, don't forget to adjust the variables to apply for your server environment etc.
