Change format of Subject Line when clicking send message button..

Does anyone know what notification # is being used when you click the 'Send Message' button from within an Incident to the Request User (manual message)?

I have tried modifying every message as a test and none of them seem to affect this message.
The default subject line starts with "Regarding Service Record" which is the part I am looking to change.

I am using if statements in my other notifications beautifully, I just can't seem to find the template where this particular manual message is generated from...

Hi Audrey,

This line is generated automatically, and you can modify it in the Translation file, the field is "compose.the.Subject".
