Unable to do a request origin

Hi, I have an issue with the "request origin" field, I cannot seem to select when I do a drag down. Does it have anything to do with my access level ?

Hi RITA,

Are you referring to the "Source" field? If so - this is a read-only field that indicates the channel through which the SR was created.

Can you post a screenshot of what you're referring to?

Hi Danny, you are right, it is the source. The admin did something to my profile to enable that, but forgot what it was. LOL.
