Signed up for Cloud Free version, Link to login says incorrect account ID

I just signed up yesterday for SysAid Cloud Free version. I was sent an email with a link to login. The email contained my account ID, my user ID, and I assume what is a temporary password. The problem is, when I click on the link, the page it takes me to says:


Incorrect account ID.
Letters must be typed in the correct case.
Please make sure the Caps Lock key is disabled


This is BEFORE I type anything in.
