Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 stopped SysAid services

I recently upgraded our primary SysAid server (hosted on a Dell Optiplex workstation) from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro build 1903. The upgraded either stopped or disabled SysAid services, so I had to go back into Windows Service Manager to enable the following services:

SQL Server (SYSAIDMSSQL)
SysAid Server

I have resolved the issue. But is it a known requirement for the services to be manually restarted after an OS migration? Thank you.

Yes this is a Known issue with migrating Win 10. Not only will it disable services, it can uninstall programs that work on windows 10.
