On-Premise v19.4.40 is now live!

Hey guys,

As valued SysAid Community members, I want to make sure you’re one of the first to download SysAid On-Prem release (v19.4.40).

We’ve added some great new features and fixes!

Here’s just a few things you can expect to see:
  • New SysAid-Jira integration that allows admins to easily create and link Jira issues to SysAid tickets and view all the information from within SysAid!

  • Easy drag-and-drop capability to add attached files to a ticket.

  • Activity descriptions are displayed in movable and resizable light boxes.

  • The CMDB visual relationships tree is expanded, making it easier to view.

  • Admins can set workflow notifications to create requests, changes, or problems (not just incidents anymore).

    I'd like to ask the question about NOTES field. Is ANY way to change type of this field to previous (the old on single window of ALL notes) ?
    Now we don't want to upgrade ONLY because of that ... We want to see all notes on one screen ...

    What happened?.

    The free version will not have more patches to upgrade to 19.4 ?.

    If I try to download the full installer for the free version, only version 18.1.54 is available.

    Is there no more patch for the free on premise version?
